I can't really rmbr my week very well.. Let's see.. I've got my hair cut. So, I don't look like any of the above pictures. Ahh, but it's still about the same la okay. Not much difference. Next.. Sub Comm interview is over! :D But it was superrrr torturing to review 300 over applicants 3 or 4 times. On Sat, we spent like 4 hours going through & selecting Sub Comms. So due to overwhelming response, we've to reject 100 over applicants :/ But please still join BSC events okay! We've really got no choice but to be very critical. & believe me, we all had a hard time selecting & none of us wanted anyone to get out. Sincere apologies but is still love oneeeee.
Sat was Finance workshop :) Everything turned up pretty alright except for some hiccups here & there. Thanks to all IGs & Main Comms who came :) Loveee please. & of course, thank you Roy :) We're finally done with it! CYA was damn fun because we..... :) Let's not talk about it.
Oh! I also rmbr going for dinner with Brens & Kai a few times for the past few weeks :) Of courseeee, Px came over on Thurs :) I hope your glue gun wound get well soon okay. Please take good care of it dear <3 Tannya & Chessia for Sub Comm interview. Been long since I last saw them :) & yesss, thanks to Caroli & Eileen! Without you guys, the brownies wouldn't be a success! Hearts you guys manyyy manyyy :) Another thing! Caroli, happy 15th monthsary, I love you all the same. Or probably alil bit more after every month :)
Today was another event - Traveling Together 2008. We had to bring the old to Woodlands & mrt to AMK Hub. So, I was assigned to United Medical Centre @ TPY with a few other helpers from BSC & Main comms. Throughout the whole day, I admit.. I teared abit here & there. It's heart-aching to see the old having no one to be there for them. Or how happy they are when they were out with us, traveling around. I'm really glad that I made the effort to join this event, it was really meaningful. At the end of the day, when the aunty I took care of held my hand & said thank you a few times & beaming with joy, I know I did my part & made her day :) Then there was another aunty who I sent her to her ward, she held my hand & told me that I'll have a bright future & I'm beautiful. There's another one who asked Jo-an & I to go back to visit her cos' she's already 80, she's not going to live for long. :( Tell me, how can all these not be heart wrenching? I hope I'll be able to take some time out in the future & go back to visit them. & I swear, I'll never ever put my parents into an old aged home. I'll work my ass off & make sure they have the best of everything. I will make sure I've got time for them, they'll never be looked upon as a burden to me. Rightttt, so it was Prata House for dinner with some of the helpers & Main Comm.
Sorry for the long post! I hope it made up for the lack of post :) I see Main Comms every single day but I'm still not sick of it, hahah. & it kinda surprised me that I've never thought of BSC as a CCA. I know, very random.
